Sue-Ellen Louise – Copywriter.
Why call a copywriting business big dramatic sigh?
A big dramatic sigh is an action, a feeling. It can mean so much and so little. Just like words.
We sigh when we are content. We sigh as we read the last word of a really great book. A big dramatic sigh.
I can still remember the day I learned to read the word because. It was a great big word for a little tiny kid but as a result, a passion for words was born. Since then, there has hardly been a moment when I didn’t have a pen and notebook nearby to capture any and everything I found interesting and noteworthy.
But can she write …..
I have completed a wide variety of writing courses, the latest being the Copywriting Essentials and Copywriting Business courses, both through the Australian Writer’s Centre. To be perfectly honest, I am always studying and learning something, either formally or informally because I love to learn.
For the last 7 or so years, I ran a blog called Write Here (don’t look for it, it now lives in cyber heaven). The blog was mostly movie reviews and mostly viewed by a small but loyal following of friends and friends of friends. Then about a year ago, I started contributing to Newcastle Live! and have since built a pretty solid following.
That brings me here, about to embark on a new career as a copywriter.
So here I am. Just a girl, standing in front of the world, asking them to book me.
